Could anyone recommend any video presentation software?

I'm looking to make video presentations for an email course that can match to a voice over, basically so I can add images, nice text and transitions, could anyone recommend any software for this?

Nothing to heavy or complex like adobe premiere.

If Final Cut Pro X is too much, you might check out Camtasia 2 or Screen Flow for screen captures and transitions

In addition, you can export Keynote presentations to video as well
