Better for Print AND Video: MacPro, iMac or MBP?

I'm finally upgrading from my G5 and need something to run CS5 (bought it over a year ago not realizing it wouldn't run on my mac). Specifically, I'm considering between two used ones online, both $1500:

Apple Mac Pro 1x 2.66GHz Quad-Core (4 Cores) Xeon W3520 (Early 2009) 4.0/1.0TB SuperDrive-DL (GT 120 512MB) BT 10.6 (AppleCare Warranty to 8/13/12)
or
Apple iMac 27-inch 2.93GHz Quad-Core i7 (Mid 2010) 8.0/1.0TB SuperDrive-DL (HD 5750 1.0GB) 10.6 with Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Mouse

or for $1100:
Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch 2.7GHz Intel Core i7 (Early 2011) 4.0/500GB SuperDrive-DL 10.6 (Apple Warranty to 7/19/12)
It would have to run my 24" Eizo.

Thanks!
