Airport Extreme: Share files over HTTP?

I have an Airport Extreme. If I plug a hard drive into it, is there some way I can access those files outside of my network over HTTP for things like sharing files with clients? The "Share Disks Over WAN" option doesn't seem to do this.

I know the AE seems to run NetBSD, so maybe there's some hack to get Apache up and running on it?

Currently I just host the files on my Mac, and that's fine, but it would just be cool if I could do this directly from the Airport.

Do you have any sources that say it can't and doesn't? I'm looking at several articles like this one that says it does run NetBSD.
