I have had my Ipod Touch for for 4 months I noticed that when I charged to 100% I switched the ipod off and about 2 hours later when I went to use it again I noticed that it had dropped to 95% without being used,could there be a problem with the battery.

Dropping 5% in two hours while the iPod is turned off certainly doesn't seem normal. If it was on standby, the yes, 5% is alright, but when the iPod is turned off it should lose next to no battery life, and certainly nothing in two hours.
