iPad unlock ipad 4 with iOS 5.1.1 and baseband 07.11.01 ?

Hi there,

I got an ATT ipad 4 with iOS 5.1.1 and baseband 07.11.01. Is it possible to unlock this ipad (redsnow or other) since I don´t use ATT?

07.11.01 is coupled to iPad1.

iPads are sold unlocked, you can put any microsim in it.
