Hi, the texts on keychain popup windows are weird and seems it uses a different or corrupted encoding. All other apps are fine. Please take a look at this screenshot I attached.
I also tried to verify and repair keychain but it shows no error. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

First boot into Safe Mode and then back into your regular account. If that doesn't clear you user font cache then download some like Onyx and use that to clear your font cache.
 
If the Safe Mode boot does not help, you might try opening the Font Book app from your Applications folder. Go a command-a to select all fonts, then in the File menu of Font Book Validate Font. That will check all your fonts to see if one is corrupt somehow.
