Setting up Home Server Directories for users

I'm looking for advice or guidance on how to setup Home Directors for users but have the shares hidden, so they can't see each others. Ideally they'll try to connect to the file server and see their own username as a share.

The current environment has AD (where user accounts are stored) and a Mac file server.
