Owned my 4S since launch, never once came across this before. Just randomly popped up a couple minutes ago...

Perhaps I'm just an idiot. That's a lot more likely than a magical leprechaun man sending strange notifications to my iPhone. Although, that sounds way more fun.
 
This reminds me of when you first setup an Android phone.

I've never encountered this myself either.




(Also, I hope your day in court went well. 🙄)

The paper clip in Microsoft office tried to help people too, and there are entire websites dedicated to hating that thing 😛

If it only pops up once I guess it's okay 😛
 
Just upgraded to 5.1.1 and that was my 1st pop up I got lol. It took you a year to get a siri pop up and took me 6 months to get my 5.1 upgrade badge...😀
