Ibooks Authors orientation issue

Ive been googling this subject all night ant can't find the exact answer. I notice when I use Ibooks author and preview buy book. It gets all wonky looking on my iPad when I don't have landscape locked. I read you can lock it in author. I just can't seem to figure out how.

View > Show Inspector > Document inspector tab > Disable portrait orientation
