What keyboard is this?

Saw an ad on craigslist for an iMac for sale...anyway, I wanted to know what keyboard he was using. Looks like a black strip at the top (not sure why) and a wired ten key keyboard?

I have one for my PC and it worked just fine. Now that I have a Mac, I am thinking of the Apple version as well....

The black strip is a small solar panel. From what I've heard it's a very good keyboard similar to the Apple one. I watched a YouTube video on it and it looked cool.
