If I get quickbooks for Mac to run our business (a shop) where we have a mac. Will it be compatable with our book keeper who has a P.C?

If not is there any thing easy / low cost that I can do about it?

Yes, the .qbd files are PC/Mac compatable.

If you're worried, call Intuit; they are usually pretty good.
