iCloud deleted all Address Book contacts

Worst day of my computing life.

I was just setting up iCloud and have not set up Time Machine yet.

I followed "TS3998: iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Contacts" from the Applue site. This did not work.

I note that even if I have just one contact, iCloud will delete it.

How do I recover PLEASE?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.4), No mobile device connected

Fixed it, sorry

Logged back in to iCloud & there they all were.
