Apple should buy UpNext, LLC for maps app

I saw 2 great 3d map apps from 1 dev, and that is "UpNext, LLC" The apps are called "3D maps"and "UpNext Maps". So, what's your say? Should :apple: buy/hire this dev to make the Apple Maps?
 
Haven't they already bought 3? Let's wait an see what Apple has in store for us on June 11. I have a feeling they don't need UpNext. Maybe they can just steal a few of their ideas--like tracking the movements of trains--with the talent and tech they already have.
