HI
After ' Kernal Panics' , beeps on start up, enough was enough, as the mac-mini was still under warranty ...... I sent it back.
I have just got it back repaired and the difference is incredible, its seems to start up differently , the screens look brighter than before. It turns out it was a bad ram problem. Also they have changed the Serial Number ( system ) C07129506U5DK22AR with a new number , this appears in my Hardware Overview , Can I assume they have replaced something here and does anyone know what it is. I think it could be a mother board as it is indicated as Carte mere S/N nouvelle SM ( repair made by Apple dealership in france)

The screens..... look brighter than before? I guess the new one is outputting brighter 1's and 0's through the DVI interface?

The model is a mid 2011 2.53 Ghz .
Regarding the SN replacement, I think it is a new logic board , is this the same as a Carte mere ....... motherboard
