Hi there, I created a .cdr disk image using Disk Utility and then burnt it to DVD, also using DUtility. The DVD seems to show the right format - it has an AudioVTS and a VideoVTS folder. But it only works in my Mac DVD player. It doesn't work in my DVD player or in VLC player (also on my Mac). Can someone explain to me what is going on?
Thanks a lot!

Were you attempting to make a duplicate of a existing DVD? When you created the disk image, did you select DVD/CD Master and no compression? If you did, you need to check the documentation of the set top DVD player to ensure that it can read non-commercial discs, and maybe update your version of VLC.
