that worth it or will it go down even more?

From what I've seen ram has greatly come down in price, and it hasn't stopped, however if it "worth" it is totally subjective, by that I mean the subject being the person (you), it may be worth it to one person but not worth it to another, it has to do with how much they need it and if they can afford it etc etc, if you feel you need it right now and can afford it then get it, on the other hand you could buy 1 8GB for the time being and buy another when the price comes down to your acceptable level, hope that helps
 
I personally think it won't go down much more than current prices. 4 GB sticks are around $17-$24, 8 GB kits are around $35-$40. So I'd expect 8 GB sticks to flat out around $35 and a 16 GB kit to flat out around $70-$75.

Bring on 16 GB sticks!!

Not at this time. The MBP has 2 RAM slots. You would need 16 GB RAM modules and those are not out yet.

The laptops you've seen w/ 32 GB RAM have 4 RAM slots.

Once 16 GB sticks are available, current Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge Macs will be able to take them.

I just ordered the ones suggested to me earlier :( lol, I couldn't find the ones you just suggested on the UK Amazon anyway, can you get US amazon products delivered the to the UK? If so then I could consider cancelling my order and going for this ram if it turns out to be a better choice

I'm not sure. But if you have a PO Box in the US you may be able to ship it there and then receive it via Courier in the UK after delivered to your Box.

I live in Guatemala actually and that's what I do all the time. I send it to Miami (that's where I have the PO Box) and then a company ships it to Guatemala at a very descent price.

Yep! It only will work for the 2011 (early or late) model though. The 2010 don't support this memory.

This is desktop RAM. It's physically about twice as long as notebook RAM. Even if it were laptop RAM, anything with gigantic heatsinks won't work.
