Hello,
Does this case scratch the back of the phone after time if used without screen protector for the backside?

My girlfriend had one on her phone for a few months without a back shield, and not a scratch on it once she took it off.
 
Nope I have this case and use it pretty rough, still no scratches on the back of my iPhone. Make sure to clean out the case of dust or sand every once in a while to prevent it rubbing against the iPhone and scratching though. 😎
