Anybody seen 3rd party or aftermarket accessories yet for the the new 15" retina?

Ahh, you mean accessories for the MBP, not the display itself. It will take some time for manufacturers to catch up to the new dimensions.

Sorry i should have been more clear. I wanted to differentiate between the 15" normal and 15" retina since the normal pro is essentially the same dimensions so current accessories and such would work just fine with it

are the dimensions different? for things like screen protectors, keyboard guard, palm rest, trackpad guard?

They might be nobody knows. Atleast for hardcase shells there are different dimensions.
