How do I copy playlist I made on iPhone 4s to iTunes on PC?

I went through and selected songs to make a playlist right on my iPhone because I thought it would be easier then making one in iTunes (I'm not a fan of making playlists in iTunes). I manually manage my music, and now I can't copy the playlist to iTunes. Is there a way I can do this?

Is this seriously not possible then? Why even bother having the option of creating a playlist on the iphone? iTunes is awful.
