So I am stuck on this question:

Length of spring cm 9 10 11 12 13 14 19


(c)If the string is overloaded it will be over stretched has the spring in john's experiment been over stretched? Explain your answer.

Yes it has. See the last result, the spring stretches disproportionately to load put on it. Put that in the appropriate terms and you'll get a tick.
