Can I transfer music and audio files from ipad2 bluetooth to android smartphones or.?

i dont think so easily via bluetooth.
if its jailbroken you can use iFile, and local wifi to transfer files on a local wireless network to any device. just enter the ip it gieves you on the device you want to receive it on, then there is the list of files to "download"
