Hi,

I've a MP 3,1 quad 2.8, 4gb ram, 8800gt, stock HD. I've some birthday cash to spend.

Which of these 3 would be the best upgrade:

1) SSD (probably Crucial M4 128)
2) GTX560 (Understand about not getting the boot screen)
3) RAM (an extra 8Gb)

Main uses are CS6, Diablo 3 and WoW.

Cheers
Martin

If I were in your shoes, my priorities would be (1) SSD (overall snappiness), (2) GTX560 (gaming, don't know about CS6), additional 8GB of RAM.

I'd get them all ;), maybe add just 4GB of RAM to cut the costs. 8GB total is plenty for what you do, I'd say.

A real game changer

Instead of getting a standard ssd, I would go for this one here:

It's really a game changer and delivers 6G / Sata3 speed on top of 1,5 the speed of standard ssd.
