I think colour iPod has a built in video function! REALLY!
OK, maybe we're not gonna see a video iPod, but a firmware update for playing video files.
I had iPodWizard for the PC and I looked for a mac version and found alterPod, I was looking through the firmware pics for the colour iPod and found a few interesting ones.

If you use alterPod, the pictures are bmap9736.ppm and bmap9734.ppm

I think the final conclusion was it didn't mean anything. The pics are just to show when you import a video from your digital camera with the camera connector.
