Delete Photo album

Hello everyone! I have a problem. A friend of mine lend me his iPad 2 for a couple of weeks and I want to personalise it as I want. The problem I have is that he has an album with some photos copied from his PC. Is there any possibility to delete that album without having to sync the iPad with my computer? I don't want to use this method because i will erase every single app and song and video it has on. I want just the album to be deleted.

Any "nonconventional" way to do this? :D
