messed up iPhone 4s Verizon file systems now model reads "md236ll"

So as the title suggests, i messed with the file system (specifically zeppelin bundle and verizon bundle) when trying to flash my phone and now the phone won't show the correct model number. Also the carrier name is missing, just the bars.

Also i know that phones with model numbers starting with MD236LL should end with an A or something (like MD236LL/A) what can i do to revert the model number bcd to normal and have the carrier name be seen in the upper left?

I tried restoring it dozens of times but that never seems to fix anything. Is it possible for the file systems/ carrier settings to remain messed up even after restore?
