I want to change my battery but the battery is not yet at 50% capacity like apple requires, do you known of any good place where they can do this ?

The Apple store, because you can't just easily change the battery out.

Agreed, if you go to iFixit they show you how it's done and you have to lift the glass to get to it. Someone mentioned the repair cost $99 from Apple. I'd suggest that. It will be done right and you'll get the proper battery the iPad uses and probably not aftermarket battery.
