Server Tools in Mountain Lion?

Anyone know if Apple will make their server tools available in Mountain Lion? I use Workgroup Manager a lot for my job (IT in a school district).
 
I'd be surprised if they didn't continue to offer them. All of the necessary components are there anyways, so it's just a front-end to make configuring them simple. I'd anticipate the same setup as Lion, where you simply purchase the Server application and then you can also download the additional tools like Workgroup Manager.
