Menu Bar Opacity
Can anyone confirm if the latest preview of OS X Mountain Lion ships with an opaque menu bar? From Apple's press shots it appears to have no transparency, as well as the redesigned dock. I'm really digging these two UI tweaks so far. Transparency in the menu bar seemed distracting and immature to me -- I couldn't understand why Apple would ship it as the default in Snow Leopard/Lion.

It's still translucent, but seems to be less so than earlier versions of OS X (or maybe it's just the background that isn't as noticeable through it).
You can still turn it off completely if you want to
