Maps not showing on iPad 3

I am a registered apple developer and I am having a problem with maps on iOS 6 on the iPad 3. I open up maps and it just comes up with the grid and nothing else. Anyone else having this same issue?

Same issue on iPhone 4S, very few people have this.

I have noticed that on mine it doesnt say provided my Tom-tom either like in the picture below :confused:
