The bad part of that questions is that I remember myself posting the same topic the last time new monitors did not appear on a "predicted date".

And 95% would be pure speculation/hope to hell it happens.....
I think these next several months are going to be very critical for Apple. Everybody pretty much expects to see something new next year, like the Power4, but its going to be a long wait. What is going to happen in the mean time? Will they be able to sell enough equipment till then?
