Mac and PC sharing Time Capsule

If I use a Mac and my wife uses a PC, then we can both access my Mac's Time Capsule?

Let's say I use it for backing up my Mac, but I also want to use it to store media (like movies or whatever) so that my wife can access that same media via her Windows PC.

Is this possible?

Your Time Capsule is formatted as HFS+, which Windows cannot read/write natively.

HFS+ (Hierarchical File System, a.k.a. Mac OS Extended (Journaled) Don't use case-sensitive)

Read/Write HFS+ from native Mac OS X
Required for Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper! backups of Mac OS X system files.
[*]To Read/Write HFS+ from Windows, Install MacDrive
[*]To Read HFS+ (but not Write) from Windows, Install HFSExplorer
Maximum file size: 8EiB
Maximum volume size: 8EiB
Mac OS X: Mac OS Extended format (HFS Plus) volume and file limits
You can use this format if you only use the drive with Mac OS X, or use it for backups of your Mac OS X internal drive, or if you only share it with one Windows PC (with MacDrive installed on the PC)

While it is true that the Time Capsule drive is formatted in HFS+, that does not matter to you since you are accessing it as a networked drive. Windows can read/write to this drive just fine without adding any utility software to access HFS+ at all. Just configure the Time Capsule as a networked drive in Windows. The easiest way to do this is to use the Apple Airport Utility for Windows. You can find it here (I think this is also on the CD that came with the Time Capsule?).

Here is a step by step tutorial how to do what you want.
