Once my Repair depot says "Replacement Ordered" then "Order Created"

how long until my new iPod is in my hands?

You will probably get it Saturday. Maybe even tomorrow. Just watch for the Closed status, and that normally means it will be at your door step the next day. Or at least that was what mine went through. Oh yeah never trust the emails. haha
