Keyboard and mouse for clamshell mode.

I need a keyboard and a mouse to use my macbook pro in clamshell mode.
I have discarded magic mouse and apple keyboard because i usually play.
Wireless or wired, i don't mind.

What do you think is the best combination?

Any keyboard or mouse will do, wireless or wired. Whatever your personal preference dictates will work fine.

Yup, anything will work. I trust Logitech for most peripherals. Very happy with speakers, keyboards, and all mice!

I just use my MM, but a tip on the keyboard side of things....I tried my Apple BT keyboard at first, but found it to be laggy, even with new Eneloops in it, so I now use an Apple USB keyboard if using clamshell mode on my MBP...I don't really do much gaming, so can't comment on that side of things, but for web browsing, and video / phot stuff it's fine.
