New Computer!

Well, I got an eMac. I traded my PowerMac G4 500Mhz with $200 for an eMac 1.25GHz!

Here are the specs:

eMac 1.25GHz
1GB RAM
80GB Hard Drive
SuperDrive
Airport Extreme/Bluetooth
Apple Wireless KB/Mouse

Sweet!

Although, I'm thinking I might want to stick it on eBay and buy a new Mini when they come out? I think they will have 64MB DDR Video Cards, and this eMac has a 32MB...

Nice deal.

Do you really think you'll need the extra graphics grunt though? Maybe see how the eMac fares for a while. Of course, this is probably pretty self explanatory though.

Yeah, I think I am going to keep the eMac. I love how it already has BT, and AE built in. I don't play games on it, I have a PC for that!

We have 1GHz eMacs with 512MB RAM at school, and I have to admit they are very nice computers. Nice compact all in one design. Pretty nice speed.

Yeah, and with the faster HDD, there are some speed perks with keeping the eMac.

Almost the same machine as the one I use.

I really like it, though I'm saving for a PowerMac (in like 3 years time).

I don't think you need to sell it on eBay (even though you already decided to keep it). Like Abstract said there are other advantages of having the eMac.
