I have an iPhone 3GS, I purchased a UDID and successfully upgraded my iPhone to iOS 6. This also updated my baseband to 05.16.06. Doing so I have ran into issues with my signal and Wi-Fi continually failing to connect. when it does connect I have to type in the password again. If I put the phone to sleep it will disconnect the wi-fi and I will have to re enter the password. Also the signal to my carrier is very poor sometimes even showing no signal. I have downgraded my phone to iOS 5.1 and the baseband is still 05.16.06 and will not downgrade to .05. I have restored the iPhone in DFU mode and non-DFU mode it still will not downgrade the baseband. Is there any way I can downgrade?
