Lol I love all these new potential converts. Apple really screwed up with iOS6 and this rumored taller screen tinyphone.
With stock Touchwiz, the Samsung GS3 (7 hours talk time) is not as long lasting as the iPhone 4S (8 hours talk time) but you can increase that by installing a custom ROM, kernel, radio, or a higher capacity battery. The choices are endless.
