I just chatted with the rep. from OWC and I was told the SSD's would be available in late October. Here is the chat!
I'm excited because I know I'm gonna do it!

At the current prices, it's still cheaper to buy the higher tier MBP. You get a faster CPU to boot.

In other words, OWC will be duping people to into overpaying for SSDs in late October.

Half and half, all of their plans are resoably priced expect the 480GB SSD. 700 dollars is a joke, but all the other SSD's seem reasonable. I mean, If i want to increase the size of my SSD, I would have to get that one, but hopefully by that time other companies will have an SSD ready and the price of SSD's go down.
