Is anyone using http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233217 CORSAIR 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 Laptop Memory Model CMSO16GX3M2A1333C9 with mac mini i7 2.0ghz . Do you think it will work or I should stay with 8GB that Apple recommends ?
Yes, your mini supports up to 16GB of RAM.

You can find specs on all Apple products, including maximum RAM:

For what it's worth,

Thats the exact memory and amount I have in my Mini, and it works perfectly.

I picked this up on special for $130…

I've tried it in two different 2011 Mac mini Servers and both failed to boot with both sticks installed.

Putting one stick in each Mac mini worked fine…

Could just be that my hardware is just getting old.

Failed twice. Crucial worked fine but more expensive.

Where the Corsair memory failed, 1333DDR3S16P memory from Other World Computing had the 2011 Mac mini up and running immediately..

May cost more, but OWC always works.
