As a starting point, you can check Mac2Sell, eBay (including completed sales), or Amazon for prices of similar models, to get an idea of what a fair price is. Then adjust the price to account for condition, configuration, remaining AppleCare coverage (if any), etc.

Hey guys,
Looking to buy a new mac pro and I found this :

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/APPLE-Mac..._Desktops_CV&hash=item4ab9380309#ht_763wt_932

It's the cheapest I have found for a brand new mac pro. If it isn't a good price, what price range should I be looking at?

Cheers.

It's not a "bad" deal, I'd want to know how it still gets a full year warranty as Apple don't make that model anymore, so where has it been for the past x years and still have a full year. If they provided you the serial number you could look at its cover online.

The Apple refurb site in the UK has a similar model for similar money, at least you knew you were buying from apple.
