Well, it should be a slightly faster GPU even if it is still running the same VRAM.

But this chip is faster and better then the one in the 12" Powerbook except it has less RAM.

I think if it had 64mb of ram it would be a Pb killer rather then a Pb competitor(I'm sure Apple didn't want it to be either of them though!!!)
