Does Apple let you install programs on the display units in the store? I would like to try out a couple programs to see how they run/look on the rMBP and the 13" MBA. They'd be the demo versions of the programs and perfectly legal. Just wondering what the Apple Store policy is on this.

Can you install programs on in-store display units?

They installed a couple for me in Vancouver once to try out, just ask; they are demo units after all.
I think your milage may vary depending on how you ask.
