Lost jailbreak on 5.0.1, now re jail broke on 5.1. want paid apps back

You actually don't even need to do that.
Pull up the app in Cydia. Cydia will identify the phone and should pop up a banner "Package legally purchased" or similar.
Then hit the install button.
