Hi, I'm using a MacBook Pro with OS X v.10.6.8. Just recently the audio on all internet videos is no longer working. I've tried running updates, checked to be sure the audio was not muted and restarted the computer. This is a problem with both Safari and Firefox. I can play audio files that I have loaded on my computer from my camera and I can play audio files in iTunes. The audio just does not work when listening to internet videos. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try going to System Preferences, then click Sound, then click Output, then select the device you want to play sound out of (If you want to play sound out of your built-in speakers, click Internal Speakers. If you want sound to play from your headphone jack device, click Headphones.)
