I cannot get my eMac to work with my internet router. The router is connected to my windows desktop and works fine. It also runs wireless to everything else in my house find. Whenever I plug in any of my windows computers to the router they work great but my eMac won't connec to the internet when I try.

When I connect my eMac to my windows laptop with an ethernet cable all the networking info comes up automatically but it still won't connect. Whenever I try with the router no info comes up at all. I'm at a loss as to why I can't connect through the router.

How can I use the router with Windows and Mac computers?

One a ISP modem they sell you ONE (1) IP. so if you replace a device, right behind the ISP modem, you have to 'reset' the ISP modem to look for the new device behind their modem. So try reset you ISP modem then try the new device connected to it.
