20" Cinema Display won't power on?

My 20" cinema display was working fine. I unplugged it to move it off my desk, then plugged it back in. Now it won't power on. I double checked all the connections. Did it just die? Or possibly the 65w power brick died? Is there a fuse somewhere? I plugged a USB stick into one of the ports on the back and it doesn't power up either so I think the display isn't getting power for whatever reason. Any ideas?

Never mind I got it. I didn't relive you had to have the DVI plugged into a source for it to power on. I was trying to turn it on before plugging the DVI into the mac pro. oh well.
