iOS Add 100 SMS in iPhone programmatically

Are you saying you want your app to send 100 SMS's automatically? That's not possible. Apps are only allowed to construct the SMS. It's still up to the user to send it.
MFMessageComposeViewController. Note this is for composing a new message only and the user has to click send to send the message. There is no access to the database of received messages
