Hey,

I was testing my iMac 12,1 with the application NovaBench on Mac OS X 10.7.5 and OS X 10.8 , and the graphics results are surprising... The graphics in OS X 10.8 are almost X2 better!
Here are the results:

It is a major improvement!

Unfortunately I'm getting worse result on macbook pro early 2011 where is intel hd 3000 inside. Test was made on NovaBench which is showing that graphic performance is slower. On lion i was getting about 57 fps and on mountain lion only 30 fps. Take a look.

I've got 906 on the exact same iMac as BlindSoul. Weirdly, NovaBench sees my CPU as 2 GHz instead of 2,5 GHz.

I'm getting 642 fps on my Early 2011 under 10.8; it automatically switches to the Radeon. Do you have something forcing the HD 3000?

Yes, i have 13 inch model where is only intel hd 3000 and graphic performance seems to be lower under ML. When I'm moving between full screen apps i see lower smooth the same situation happens when I'm scrooling on some pages.

Novabench is much like xBench and is pretty useless for testing the GPU. It's just a bunch a rectangles spinning.
Use a recent game or the Cinebench openGL test instead.

Yeah novabench is not accurately testing my macbookpro either. I've forced mine to use the AMD6750m, gfxcardstatus shows the dedicated card is being used but nova bench still lists the Graphic's card as the Intel HD 3000.... weird. Not sure if it's an issue with ML.

Here is a baseline for my System with Lion. It displayed all my information correctly.

Here is mine.
It is shown as hd3000, but during graphic test it switched to hd6490.

Strange, my older 5 Series Radeon is getting better scores than the 6 Series.
Doesn't seem right.

Edit: Uploaded new scored as I had some apps running in the previous test.
