Every job I am after wants them. Things used to not be this way but more and more Macs are being adopted into the work place and these certs are starting to become relevant.
It also depends where you want to work. If you want to work at a film studio, video production house, VFX house, or anything media related I'd suggest getting them. (Linux is also hugely important if not more important in these places).
If you want to work at a regular business where most people use office and do non-creative things I'd say they wouldn't be worth it.
