I have previously used Mobile Me and didn't have problems with email synced with iPhone. After changing to iCloud a period of mail is missing on my iPhone. This applies to both the Inbox and Sent e-mails. Seems like it take the first 1000 mails instead of the last 1000 mails. I have tried to delete all e-mails on my iPhone, but it still does not get the e-mails during this time.
