Hi guys, I really hope this isn't a duplicate, as I've searched all over the forums and google (although I'm sure someone will post a link to my issue anyway).

So here's my problem - this didn't start after I did anything out of the ordinary, and I have no idea why it could be happening. Basically, my title says it all. After about an hour of starting a time machine backup, it gets about 6KB done. After leaving it overnight, it was at 11KB. I've verified my MacBooks HD (White, 2009, Unibody), and the external one (a SeaGate FreeAgent Go) and both work fine. I can copy files to and from the Seagate. Time Machine backup just isn't working. There's 200 GB of free space on the Seagate, out of 500, and I only have a 250 GB HD in the MacBook. I've turned Time Machine off and on, and I'm really getting desperate here. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!
